As a volunteer-driven organization, NARFE\u2019s continued strength depends on its ability to identify, develop, and sustain future leaders.<\/p>\n<p>For both current and retired federal employees, this topic is especially important because many of NARFE\u2019s leaders bring decades of experience, institutional knowledge, and commitment to service.
