Webinar: Building NARFE Leadership

This session will focus on the importance of succession planning and developing strong leadership pipelines within NARFE’s Federations and Chapters. As a volunteer-driven organization, NARFE’s continued strength depends on its ability to identify, develop, and sustain future leaders.

For both current and retired federal employees, this topic is especially important because many of NARFE’s leaders bring decades of experience, institutional knowledge, and commitment to service. Without intentional planning, that knowledge can be lost, and leadership gaps can emerge.
