Terminated and Removed Federal Employees

If you were a probationary federal employee, and believe you have been wrongfully terminated, you can file a complaint with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC). Here is the link to the complaint form:  https://osc.gov/pages/file-complaint.aspx
If you were a career federal employee and believe you have been wrongfully removed from federal service, you may be able to file an appeal with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
