One of the meetings shall be held in conjunction with the annual Federation in-person conference\/convention. Annual in-person conferences are held in odd numbered years at a location chosen by the FEB.<\/p>\n<p>Special meetings may be called by the President or by a majority of the FEB, by providing seven (7) days\u2019 notice by letter and\/or electronically. The Ohio Federation may meet at a chapter-hosted site as needed. For example, Chapter 1927 holds their meetings at the MCL Cafeteria in Kettering.
