- 3/6/2026 – Deadline to declare candidacy & statement for publication in NARFE Magazine.
- 3/6/2026 – Deadline to submit Bylaws / Standing Rules Amendments to Bylaws Committee.
- 6/1/2026 – Publication of candidate statements in June/July issue of the NARFE Magazine.
- 6/15/2026 – Deadline to declare candidacy and submit for publication on NARFE.org (online).
- 8/1/2026 – Publication of Bylaws Committee Report Amendments (August NARFE Magazine).
- 8/26/2026 – Online voting begins (after end of FEDCon26 and receipt of PIN via email).
- 9/1/2026 – Election information to be published in Sept NARFE Magazine with instructions for requesting mailed ballots or PINs for online voting
- 9/30/2026 – Voting ends
- 10/10/2026 – Results posted on NARFE website and sent to media; results announced in the December issue of NARFE Magazine
