Action Alert: Support the Equal COLA Act
Send a message to your lawmakers urging them to cosponsor H.R. 491/ S. 624, the Equal COLA Act, to provide full COLAs to Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) retirees, ensuring that the value of their retirement annuities is preserved. With another year of a diet COLA for FERS retirees – 2% instead of the 2.8% for the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and Social Security, it’s past time to end this unfairness.
