If a Federal retiree or eligible family member has died, contact OPM at 1-888-767-6738 and OPM will provide the appropriate claim forms and information about any FEGLI coverage.<\/p>\n

If a Federal employee has died, or when an eligible member of a federal employee\u2019s family has died, please contact the employee\u2019s Federal agency to learn whether they had coverage under the FEGLI program.\u00a0 The agency maintains the FEGLI records of its employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
