Successful applicants must be a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a member of a Michigan NARFE chapter, though the applicant does not have to reside in Michigan. To qualify, a high school senior must have a grade point average of 3.50 or above. A college student must have a 3.00 grade point average to qualify.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/mi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2026\/01\/2026-Paul-S.Davis-Scholarship-application-revised-2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2026 Paul Davis Application Scholarship<\/a>.<\/strong> Applications are required to be <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>received by mail<\/strong><\/span> NO LATER THAN APRIL 1, 2026. The address for application submissions is on the form. The scholarship program is funded by the NARFE-FEEA Fund, supported by NARFE members and administered by FEEA. In 1987, the Federal Employee Education &amp; Assistance Fund (FEEA) established a scholarship program for children and grandchildren of federal employees.
