I am happy to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 NARFE Region X Conference. The conference will be held at the Staybridge Suites in Pigeon Forge, TN October 21-23. We are excited that Cindy Blythe, our NARFE National Secretary/Treasurer, will be joining us in Pigeon Forge to deliver the keynote speech. We also plan to have NARFE staff members join us virtually. One feature we are also planning is having breakout sessions on membership, advocacy, and IT. There will be other speakers whom I believe you will find very entertaining and informative.

I also want to mention that we are planning to have a night out at a local show. This should be a fun night and give us a break from the “drudgery” of all-day meetings!

Attached are the registration form (fee is $60.00) and an advertisement form. The registration form also has instructions for registering for your lodging room at Staybridge. Please note that the registration deadline is September 15. Advertisements are due September 20, earlier if possible.

In conclusion, I look forward to seeing you in Pigeon Forge. I want to thank the Tennessee Federation, and Federation President Linda Heaton in particular, for helping set up the conference. The 2025 Region X Conference promises to be one of the best regional conferences ever! See you in October!
