NARFE embarked on a rebranding initiative more than a year ago when research showed that the NARFE brand did not resonate among all of our audiences. NARFE is many things to many people, yet among all, NARFE is a trustworthy resource on the earned pay and benefits of federal employees and retirees.

You’ve heard the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Well, NARFE’s new look and tagline summarize the entire organization in just three: federal benefits experts.

Policymakers turn to NARFE when proposing legislation that affects federal employees across the country and NARFE’s Advocacy Department provides legislators and their staffs with unparalleled knowledge and experience. Retirees and active Feds seek guidance from NARFE on complex health and retirement benefit options. NARFE’s Federal Benefits Institute delivers essential information so they can make informed and appropriate decisions. The media reaches out to NARFE for background information and perspective on news developments and NARFE’s Communications Department connects reporters with critical data and powerful personal stories.

While our logo has changed, the trust, dedication and guidance we have built and shared over nearly 100 years remain the same. As we prepare to celebrate NARFE’s centennial in 2021, this new look, along with exciting and dynamic strategic initiatives will help launch NARFE into its next 100 years of service robust, strong and as the “go-to” resource for the federal community.
