NARFE Chapter 1734 will hold our annual Federal Employee Health Benefits Program Open Season lunch on November 12, 2025 at 11:30 am at JAM Eateries<\/a><\/strong> at 6010 University Blvd. in Ellicott City<\/strong><\/a>. Representatives from Aetna, APWU Health Plan, Blue Cross\/Blue Shield, GEHA, Kaiser, and UnitedHealthcare have been invited. The Federal Benefits Open Season for the 2026 plan year is November 10 through December 8, 2025.
