OPM Wants the Medical Records of Federal Employees From FEHB and PSHB Plan Providers

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) gave notice that it intends to collect data from Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefit (PSHB) programs on service use and cost, including medical and pharmacy claims and provider data

In response, NARFE National President William Shackelford issued this statement

Send a letter from the NARFE website to urge your members of Congress to address these concerns with OPM regarding the collection of health data
