Dr. Kowalski has been a practitioner of acupuncture in the Jacksonville area for over 40 years. Come to the meeting at noon and learn about the many benefits of acupuncture from a world class acupuncturist. Many of the Federal Employee Health Plans (FEHB) cover acupuncture treatments. Visitors and newcomers are welcome!
