{"id":408,"date":"2025-09-05T14:50:25","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T18:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/chapter1287\/?p=408"},"modified":"2026-01-08T16:45:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T21:45:18","slug":"recruiting-incentives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/chapter1287\/2025\/09\/05\/recruiting-incentives\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruiting Incentives"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Recruiter Incentives<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><strong>NARFE<\/strong> rewards members for their recruiting efforts.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">To receive an incentive, the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">recruiter\u2019s membership ID number<\/span> must be included on the new member application.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>From <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">January 1 through August 31<\/span>,<\/strong> NARFE Headquarters pays recruiters $8 for each <strong>active federal employee (AFE)<\/strong> who joins NARFE as a new member.<\/p>\n<p>From <span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>September 1 through December 31<\/strong><\/span>: NARFE\u2019s Annual Membership Drive.
