About Us

We are the Greater North Houston Chapter 0828of NARFE, located in Houston, TX.  Chapter 0828 was organized and formed in 1960 and has been continuously active since then.  All active or retired federal employees are welcome as members.  We meet the third Tuesday of each month except the months of June, July, and August.

Each December we hold a Christmas Social at Spring Creek BBQ, 25831 Northwest Fwy, Cypress, TX 77429 located in the Cypress Towne Center in lieu of our regular business meeting.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
