Free and open to the public.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In September and October we\u2019ll be collecting for Walk to End Alzheimer\u2019s.\u00a0 Donate at our meetings by cash, check payable to \u201cAlzheimer\u2019s Association\u201d* , or donate online* with a credit card:\u00a0 You may also mail a check payable to \u201cAlzheimer\u2019s Association\u201d* to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/chapter0672\/contact-treasurer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Treasurer<\/a>, George Rotblut.<\/p>\n<p>To donate online* go to <a href=\"https:\/\/act.alz.org\/goto\/NARFE\">https:\/\/act.alz.org\/goto\/NARFE<\/a> select a team member, and click the \u201cDonate\u201d button to the right of their name.\u00a0 Make <strong>online donations<\/strong> till December 31, 2025.\u00a0 If mailing a check to George send no later than December 8th.<\/p>\n<p>To join our team click \u201cJoin Our Team\u201d.\u00a0 Our walk is October 11 but you don\u2019t have to walk to be part of our team.\u00a0 The goal is to raise money to fight Alzheimer\u2019s Disease.<\/p>\n<p>*Checks payable directly to \u201cAlzheimer\u2019s Association and online donations qualify as a tax-deductible charitable contribution for those who itemized their deductions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEXT MEETING<\/strong>: October 17, <strong>9:15 am<\/strong>, TBD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All are welcome to find out more about Antarctica from Zane Ziebell at the New Braunfels NARFE meeting September 19.
