LEGcon25

LEGcon25 is NARFE’s premier grassroots training event, through which we conduct trainings to prepare members and leaders to advocate on behalf of themselves and their fellow members. After virtual training, we talked directly to our lawmakers and their staff about NARFE issues. In addition to preparing you for those meetings, the trainings focused on engaging year-round via grassroots advocacy and by utilizing NARFE-PAC.

 

Annual NY Federation Conference

The Annual NY Federation Conference was held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 in Latham, NY. This was a statewide conference that provided valuable training and information for both active and retired federal employees who are members of NARFE, so if you are not already a NARFE member, join today!

At the conference, we learned about the latest emerging threats to the federal community, reductions in force, proposed cuts to earned federal benefits, and the information and resources we need to help us make informed decisions. We connected with other feds, refined our skills and knowledge, and became inspired by innovative concepts that will help us network and grow our chapters.
