IRS Form 1099-R for Retirees

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announced earlier this year that paper forms would only be mailed to retirees who chose in their online account to receive a hard copy or who had not provided an email address to the agency. Otherwise, they would have to download the form from their Retirement Services Online account.
