NARFE and GAP File Suit to Block Schedule P/C

NARFE joined with the Government Accountability Project (GAP) to file suit in U.S. Disrict Court against Executive Order 14171 which would create a Schedule Policy/Career (P/C), formerly called Schedule F. The defendants are President Trump, the Office of Personnel Management and its acting director, Charles Ezell. Details are outlined in NARFE’s article, NARFE Files Suit to Preserve Merit-Based Civil Service, which has links to the joint press release and the formal complaint.
