NARFE members and guests will meet at 666 Filbert Street on the steps of Saints Peter and Paul Church, across from Washington Square. North Beach is San Francisco\u2019s Little Italy. We\u2019ll walk through all the hidden treasures born out of its Italian heritage, and also learn some of the history of the Beatniks and Bohemians living in North Beach during the 1950s. This fun and easy walking tour will begin at 11:00am and will last no more than 90 minutes. At the end, some of us who are interested, will find a nice Italian restaurant for lunch.
