Other valuable sources of information are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opm.gov\/healthcare-insurance\/healthcare\/plan-information\/compare-plans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OPM<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/open-season\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NARFE<\/a><\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefeds.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BENEFEDS<\/strong><\/a>.
