This milestone was achieved following the final tally of receipts from nationwide Walk to End Alzheimer\u2019s events through March 31, 2026. Since 1983, NARFE contributions have helped fuel Alzheimer\u2019s Association care, support, and research programs. It also has included sponsorship of 94 research grants examining wide-ranging, disease-related research.
