September 2025 guest speaker

Sean Jonz of the Washington Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will be our guest speaker September 8, 2025 at Darcy’s Restaurant. Sean was born in Albuquerque NM, but raised in Spokane. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a BA in economics and a second double major in elementary education and special education. He received a MA in Addiction Studies and Behavioral Health in March 2025. Currently, Sean is the Eastern Washington Program Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association. He has spent many years as a basketball coach for Special Olympics and spent time on the board of directors for the pediatric stroke warrior’s organization. Sean recently joined the board of directors for 208 Recovery. Sean spends most of his free time with his 16 year old son Aidan.
