On June 30, 2024 the CAB-hosted Microsites Working Group (MWG) of NARFE sent a report to the National Executive Board (NEB) detailing the creation of 37 published microsites within one year. \u201cThe story of this project shows that the process for implementing microsites can be used as a template for future technology implementations, with CAB oversight and active participation of representative volunteers from the field.\u201d<\/p>\n
On August 16, 2024 MWG member Deborah Fisk represented the group at the NARFE FEDcon24conference in St. Louis MO to answer questions and get feedback from the NEB. We are now proud to share this report with the NARFE community. The description of how and why microsites were created summarizes a process that will attract prospective members and engage current members, and will move NARFE forward.
