Public Law 110-458 allows individuals to suspend the required minimum distribution payments for 2009. TSP participants should read the new formal guidance issued by TSP today at www.tsp.gov. TSP will also be mailing a special notice to those affect by the new law at the end of January. NARFE will include this information in its legislative hotline today.
