The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) have gone “Paperless”. That means that most of the information you get will come from websites.That means you will have to go to the library to see what NARFE has to say on their (the libraries) computer or see what your grand children are up to in other states. You may have to ask the librarian to help you get online. Going to the library is a good way to learn about the new computer. Other options are having Chapter members print out info for you. Laptops, desktops and tablets are suitable for home use with Internet service. You know you can carry Laptops and tablets into a business that has WIFI available.
