Welcome NARFE Members! (Updated 8/2014)

We have an exciting announcement. NARFE webhosting software has finally been upgraded. This new software will be available in Online Activities Module (OAM) bringing more officer activities function in one central location. To promote more up-to-date website content, additional officers, beside the president will be able to manage the website.  The following officers are as follow:
Chapter:
• President
• Vice-President
• Secretary
• Secretary/Treasurer
• Membership Chair
• Editor
• Net Coordinator

Federation:
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Secretary/Treasurer
• Membership Chair
• Editor
• Net Coordinator

One of the major features in the new software is to utilize Responsive Web (highly desirable web technology) that would allow users to easily navigate the website using different mobile devices (iPhone, Androids and tablets). Another improvement is the Content Management System (CMS) with new text editor for cross browsers that is easy to use to update the content of the websites. With this change, officers can also post newsletters and pictures without requiring the additional third party software installation.
