The program speaker was Bonnie Walchak, Chapter 672 Congressional Liaison, who talked about "How to Contact your Congressman and Senators," including special tools available to NARFE members.

At the October 16th, 2009 meeting the chapter elected the following 2010 officers who will be installed at the December 7th, 2009 meeting.

At the same meeting the chapter voted on the NARFE Dues Referendum.  Our chapter was assigned 4 national votes (one for each 50 members or additional portion). Based on the voting by mail and at our chapter meeting, the Secretary will be sending the ballot marked with 3 votes "For" and 1 vote "Against."
