Sheila Tower obit
We went to Sheila Tower's Celebration of Life today, August 14, 2010. She was 86. She left us on August 6th. Sheila was our Sunshine Chair and always was a ray of sunshine and full of life and hope. She died quietly at home. The we spoken of were Dave Bauman, Bonnie and Dave Seesholtz and myself, Nancy Jackson.

Sheila will be surely missed.

Meetings & Events

Sept Meeting


On Tuesday Sept 7th, our own Mike Teefy will help explain Medicare. Be sure to be there so that you'll be ready for Open Season this year. Mike is retired from the Social Security Administration with more than 30 years of experience. Come at noon for a soup and sandwich lunch and an opportunity to mingle with fellow Federal active and retired employees and their spouses. We meet at the American Legion Hall at 4607 NE St James Road in Vancouver.

Come for lunch at 12:00 Noon to socialize with other federal
employees and retirees and their spouses. The program starts at 12:45 PM.
