The NARFE Service Center is open Thursdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chambersburg Recreation Center, 235 South Third, Street Chambersburg, PA 17201. Telephone: (717)264-6183; FAX (717)262-2201. NARFE is dedicated to protecting the well-earned retirement benefits of federal civilian retirees. Service Center volunteers assist current federal employees, retirees, and their families with health insurance, group life insurance, death claims for survivors, and a variety of personnel actions requiring the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to finalize.  The Center is staffed by volunteer counselors helping you help yourself and managed by the Chambersburg Chapter 1063 Service Officer.  To use the Center's services, please call for an appointment so that we can schedule the resourses needed to address your questions and problems, and to minimize your "waiting time".
