OPM Reminds Employees About Viewpoint Survey Deadlines June 14-16
Active federal employees have only a few more days to answer the Federal Employees Viewpoint Survey, according to a reminder issued by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Deadlines are on a “rolling” basis, meaning survey closing dates vary by agency. Therefore, employees should be aware of the specific deadline for their agency.
The survey closing dates are:
• Tuesday, June 14, for OMB, HUD, NSF, State, Commerce, BBG, FCC, NARA and all “Small Independent Agencies.”
• Wednesday, June 15, for Education, SEC and VA
• Thursday, June 16, for SSA, OPM, HHS, NASA, DHS and DOD.
OPM stressed that agency deadlines will not be extended.

The bill, and its counterpart in the Senate, S.4035, is aimed at combating fraud in the largest employer- sponsored health insurance program in the United States, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). The bill would require federal agencies to verify that an employee is eligible to add a family member to their FEHB health coverage plan.
